This website is a work in progress. This website evolved from DeepCreekAnswers.com , a website that experiments will all kinds of things to do with Deep Creek Lake. Building on it and the recently (September 2014) completed development of the Deep Creek Watershed Management Plan , adopted by the Garrett County Board of Commissioners on 3/8/2016. This website has great plans, but it will take time and contributions from others to make the plan happen. I invite your participations in making suggestions and contributions, not matter how small, on how to proceed. I have my own set of ideas which I will share on this website as I evolve them to a point that one can work on it. Please submit your private comments in the box on the right. I will get back to you. Keep in mind that the Watershed Management Plan is basically a very broad statement as to what needs to be done in order to keep the Deep Creek Watershed healthy for many years to come. Therefore changes to it are always possible. Become a member. You'll get properly credited for your work.
