The Rule Bands

The following is the file that specifies the rule bands as values to be maintained at the end of the month. Straight line connect these points. This is how it should be specified in the Permit. For the present purposes, the existing rule bands will be used but may be different in the final Permit (my assumptions; to be negotiated).
