Constants Used

There are a number of constant values to be used in the analysis. These have to do primarily with how the hydroturbines perform. These need to be verified by some experimental program. These should not be specified in the Permit (my assumptions).

  • Wicket Gate Leakage = 9.0 cfs
  • Maximum release flow rate/turbine = 300 cfs at 440 ft head
