Letters to the Editor of the Republican

Garrett County's Republican newspaper has letters to the editor regularly that sometimes reflect various sentiments about the lake. Sometimes the information is just not right or misinformed and we feel that a response is in order.

Here are the letters that some of us have written and have submitted to the newspaper most of the times. Sometimes they are published, other times not. Sometimes we wrote them but, for various reasons, did not submit them. They are included here because they reflect our sentiments.
